ਥਾਣਾ ਸਦਰ ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਇੱਕ ਐਫ.ਆਈ.ਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਲੇ ਸਬੰਧਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਪੂਰੇ ਹਥਿਆਰ-ਸਪਲਾਈ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਦਾ ਪਰਦਾਫਾਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।

In one of the most significant crackdowns on illegal weapons this month, Kapurthala Police has busted a full supply-chain of the Jagga Fukiwal gang – recovering nine country-made pistols and arresting two key operatives before the weapons could be used for any firing or extortion incident.
This decisive action has exposed how the gang was attempting to rebuild its network around Sultanpur Lodhi- and how swiftly Punjab Police neutralised the threat.
The prime accused Amandeep @ Aman, resident of Tashpur, was caught with four country-made pistols. He has emerged as a crucial link in supplying weapons to local gangs for firing and extortion activities.
During interrogation, he revealed that he had supplied two pistols to his associate Lovepreet @ Baba, who has also been arrested. From his possession, police recovered one .32 bore pistol, one .315 bore pistol, and two live rounds.
Follow-up investigation led to the recovery of three more pistols secretly buried at Amandeep’s house — taking the total recovery to nine illegal weapons.
An FIR has been registered at PS Sadar Kapurthala. Further investigation is uncovering backward and forward linkages, with a focused effort to dismantle the entire weapon-supply ecosystem.
